Refund Policy

We as a company do not offer refunds. We will however offer you a replacement if you are not satisfied with the product due to something being wrong with it, that's not wrong in other glosses. We do not accept returns either. The grounds for getting a replacement are that you may contact us, and we'll decide if your issue is a large enough issue to replace your item. If your item truly is broken or in dire need of being replaced, the odds are that you will receive a replacement if you contact us. We do not offer replacements for the packaging the lip gloss comes in, just the lip gloss itself and its container. If the item arrives well, and then breaks after the package is opened or used, it is not able to be replaced. If the product is used at all before it is broken, it is not able to be replaced.
